  • @Hoto Kikori. Hoto noodles are hearty soup with thick, chewy noodles.. 70% of this are veggies.. and the serving is BIG. (We did not finish our food.. T.T) The restaurant is a maximalist dream.. little trinkets are carefully displayed EVERYWHERE. The place is pretty busy and popular so taking pics are tedious. Service is fast and very friendly. English menu available

  • Stunning interior with all handmade decorations. Had to wait a bit (15mins) before being seated but we were so entertained by the variety of pretty decor! Ordered the basic veggie hoto without meat, it tasted better than the ones with meat in my opinion (my partner ordered the smoked duck hoto, it was nice too). Handmade noodles were my favorite as you will be able to have diff textures and chewiness Broth was so hearty and rich, you can’t stop drinking till you finish every drop! They have their specialty chili to pair with the soup too The hoto was such a big portion, but i’m very proud to have finished it all by myself (that’s how good it is)

  • Delicious houtou! Broth is sweet and one serving is huge enough for 1.5 people. If you like a little spice, I highly recommend adding the chili powder mix they give you. I only added it towards the end and I had an instant regret. This place is such a gem. Definitely coming back! The tofu is good too!

  • (Vegan review) Randomly came here with friends after a trip to an onsen. They don’t have any hot pots on the menu that are vegan already , but they understood what veganism was. They made me a hot udon soup vegan, took about 5 mins longer than the normal ones. This place was soooooo good. The tofu dessert (last one on the page was vegan too) If you’re in the area this place is great. Good service, friendly and vegan options.

  • I love the rich and flavorful broth. The portion is very generous, packed with a lot of vegetables and pork. The noodles have a pleasant springy and chewy texture. It is the perfect dish to eat on a cold day.
